Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all antennas, screws, and cables are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship to Aether
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware is in original condition, your refund or store credit will be processed within 3-5 business days.
