What is the typical shipping time for FPV components?
We process orders within 24 hours. Domestic express shipping typically takes 2-4 business days, while international orders may take 7-14 days depending on customs processing.
Do you offer technical support for drone builds?
Yes, our team of experienced pilots offers basic troubleshooting for all parts purchased through Aether FPV. You can reach our support desk via email or our community Discord.
What is your return policy on electronic components?
Unopened and unused items can be returned within 30 days. Please note that we cannot accept returns on flight controllers or ESCs that have been soldered or powered up.
Are your LiPo batteries shipped safely?
Absolutely. All batteries are shipped according to international hazardous materials regulations, using specialized packaging and ground-based couriers to ensure safety and compliance.
Do you provide a warranty on pre-built BNF drones?
All Bind-and-Fly (BNF) drones come with a 90-day manufacturer warranty covering defects. Damage resulting from crashes, water exposure, or unauthorized firmware modification is not covered.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For high-value custom builds, we also offer financing options through Klarna and Affirm.
